1. White dust every morning
If sweeping produces a fine white powder, your slab is dusting — the cement matrix is breaking down. A primer plus epoxy build coat seals it permanently.
2. Oil stains that will not lift
Bare concrete is porous. Once oil penetrates, no cleaning works. Epoxy is non-porous.
3. Hairline map cracking
Small shrinkage cracks spread under load. Filling them with epoxy putty before coating stops the propagation.
4. Tyre marks and pitting
Forklift traffic pits soft slabs. A 3mm self-levelling system restores a flat running surface.
5. Failed hygiene audits
Food and pharma audits demand coved, washable, seamless floors.
6. Poor lighting
A gloss epoxy floor reflects light and can cut daytime lighting load noticeably.
7. Peeling old paint
Floor paint is not epoxy. If it is flaking, it was never bonded. Grind and start correctly.
